A Blazer and Coffee

Hello! On the last Sunday I didn't post anything so I redeem it today. I have this artwork of a woman in a blazer with a coffee and a red shoulder-bag. I have always been wanting to wear this kind of outfit while visiting a mall, but in reality I feel like wearing one means adding more laundry. 🙄

When I was working in an office, my atiires would be a blouse with patterns and a pair of pants usually in black. Then I would wear my loafer shoes and done. Later in my other job I wore dresses and sneakers. I had a blazer back in my uni days but I think that era has gone after the color fading and then I prefer a sweater or a hoodie. When I was working in a much more casual workplace I would go with jeans and a long-sleeved t-shirts. The same outfit also goes when I handle my small business at bazaars.

This artwork was fun to create. The colors were simple and I didn't have any meaningful obstacle. I need a smaller brush, though. The smallest brush that I have is around number 5...? It has no number, actually. I got it from my watercolor set. 😂 For the background of this artwork I intended to make some buildings and a cafe tent to indicate that there was the place where she got her coffee, but then I decided to play with colors and a big brush. I chose grey and blue as the colors of office buildings in a city and also to let the main character stands out.

I feel like this is a sister artwork of my previous artwork, A Baseball Cap and Hot Mocha. That is more girlcrush, this is more girlboss. Judging from these artworks I think I need coffee. 😂 Since I'm not much of a coffee person, I don't stock it up at home. I mostly drink coffee when going out. I'll get one iced almond latte, it's my favorite for now. You better get your coffee too!
