A Day Unright

Translate (bottom sentence): Can I get myself do anything right only for today?

I took my pocket camera during a class and I captured this. This is an expression of my bad mood -___-
Today was a hell day. My plan was messed up, some classes were cancelled, and I felt like everything was ruined. Totally.

Sometimes a corner on a piece of paper can be a very good place to express something.

People who live in tropic areas usually use light fabrics as their daily clothes, especially in the dry season...

Once, I saw a plain greyish blue summer dress in a boutique in Galeria Mall Yogyakarta. The fabrics is so comfortable and the greyish blue color was really into my eyes. I didn't want to buy it, I just loved the dress.

A few days later I went to the mall again and I saw a plaid shirt at Matahari. There were pink and purple lines on the shirt and its length is my favorite (it was below my hips). I have seen Nina Dobrev used a similar shirt in a photoshoot session of a magazine.

Hari Kartini 2012

Selamat pagi, Ibu Pahlawan. Andai Ibu tahu betapa sering saya ingin bercerita dengan Ibu. Andai Ibu tahu betapa maju kaum kita sekarang. Selamat beristirahat dalam keberhasilan Anda, Ibu Kartini. Terima kasihku mungkin tidak pernah cukup untuk membalas segalanya.

These pics are not edited!

I found this origami a few months ago in a classroom. I wanted to keep it at first but then I see it would be a good pic to take. So I took my cell phone and I got the first pic. It was too bright for me, so I decided to take it one more time. People around me didn't notice that I was busy with my phone only for taking the picture, then one of them walk around the origami and cover some of the sun light. That is how I got the second picture, and the result is better for me. I love both, though.

Mini Sewing Machine and The Goodie Bag

This old sewing machine have not been used in a very long time. No one in the house can use it (then why did we buy it?). This morning, I just got the way how to use it without read the manual (the manual was, um, somewhere else :p). And with some helps from my friends, we made a goodie bag!

Ah, I should have captured the moment we made this bag. Well everybody was so busy. It is for our group project in a class, actually, so we had to do the paper, the sewing, etc.
The fabric we used was kain furing. Furing commonly known as the fabric used under a skirt, but this furing is different and as far as I know it is not common to be used as clothes. The fabric is really cheap, by the way (IDR 4500 per meter).

As you can see, the thread is not good. We were oftenly off track while sewing the bag. To be honest, there is no one between me and my friends who can sew.. -___-
