Halo, Ramadan mubarak ges! Selamat datang di artwork baruku. Kali ini aku bikin artwork berjudul Schoolgirl, di-stylize jadi -schoolgirl- biar berasa anak ckula gitu hehe.
Hello, Ramadan mubarak, everyone! Welcome to my other artwork. This time I made an artwork under the title Schoolgirl, stylized as -schoolgirl- so you can feel the schoolgirl vibe hehe.
-schoolgirl- terinspirasi oleh sebuah lagu, yang ga dibawakan oleh JKT48, tapi vibenya mengingatkanku pada JKT48. Lagunya tentang gadis remaja dan kepolosannya. Dari situlah aku memutuskan untuk melukis seorang siswi yang mengenakan seifuku.
-schoolgirl- was inspired by a song, not by JKT48, but its vibe reminded me of them. The song was about a teenage girl and her innocence. From there I decided to draw a schoolgirl in seifuku.
-schoolgirl- jadi semacam easy escape buat aku, jadi aku lebih banyak pakai warna ungu diikuti pink, warna yang biasa aku pakai. Untuk latar belakangnya ga perlu banyak mikir, di sini aku cuma perlu main warna biru sama sedikit kuning.
-schoolgirl- is an easy escape for me, so I used a lot of purple followed by pink, the colors that I often use. For the background I didn't have to think much, I only neede to play with blue and a little yellow here.
Satu-satunya tantangan waktu bikin artwork ini adalah ukuran medianya. Aku pakai kertas cat air ukuran A6 untuk karakter yang perlu banyak detail. 😂 Bahkan dengan kuas baruku aku masih kesulitan di beberapa bagian. Tapi aku ga menuntut banyak sih di artwork ini. Aku juga puas sama hasilnya.
The only challenge I faced while making this artwork was the media size. I used A6 watercolor paper for a character with a bunch of details. 😂 Even with my new brush I struggled in some areas. But I didn't demand much for this artwork though. I'm also satisfied with the result.
