This is an artwork requested by my university classmate, Opi. She really like the idea of autumn, where every leaf leaves its branch and colder air hits in.
I never made an artwork with powerful autumn concept in it before, so this is a chance to play with such colors. I mainly use a combination of red, yellow, and green to get the right hues. I really enjoyed coloring the leaves! As for the character, I drew it purposely not whole so the viewers can put their focus on the leaves.
I was glad when she said she satisfied with this piece. 🍁🍃
