Twigs

Twigs was made when I was still doing my 6 Minutes Challenge. I thought even though drawing was a mere hobby, I couldn't just doing the challenge to fill my time.

When I drew the character, I was a little afraid since I rarely draw close ups. It's more nerve-wrecking when I did the outlining. Nevertheless, the coloring process was really my favorite part. I played with my brush a bit in making the background, a combination of green, purple, and pink. They are also the main colors for the character. I almost made the background a plain gradation of the three, but after I saw what effect would happen after I dotted it, I knew I had to dot the background all over. Then it became my new thing in putting effects in my artworks.
