Hello.
It's been a year without any input here. I'm sorry. I had an intense roller coaster in my career life last year. In 2022 until early 2023, I did double jobs, working as a staff member in a psychologist bureau and also at a snack shop. Balancing these two jobs was challenging, but it taught me a lot about time management and resilience. Then, I managed to take a vacation to Padang, a city I last visited in 2007. The vacation was totally fun, and I wished it had lasted longer than a week. Exploring Padang again after so many years brought back fond memories and gave me a much-needed break.
After my vacation, I found myself out of my double jobs and decided to focus on my own business ventures for a short time. My brands, Amachuure and RBN Clothing, surely got a lot of my attention during this period. I poured my heart and soul into them, learning the intricacies of running a business and the importance of branding and customer engagement.
Until, eventually, I applied for and was hired by a company holding. This new role was a whirlwind experience as I got the opportunity to handle six brands in the food and beverage industry and a creative space. It was an incredible learning curve, and eventually, I focused on managing two of those brands. The experience was intense but enriching, as I got to see firsthand the dynamics of the F&B sector and what it takes to succeed in such a competitive field.
Suddenly, here we are, in 2024. I’m committed to managing my time better this year, especially to make more artworks. Believe it or not, in 2023, I only created art during the first half of the year. There are so many things that I want to draw and paint, and several other creative processes I want to get involved in. I’m looking forward to diving back into my creative projects and sharing them with you all.
Happy New Year, and thank you for sticking around. Your support means the world to me, and I can’t wait to show you what I have in store for 2024.
